Posted On: 06/06/2025 I just had my first visit to Dr. Danoff’s office, and I can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment I made the appointment to the time I checked in and arrived, everything was smooth, pleasant, and welcoming. The front office staff is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring—they set the tone for an experience that was completely different from any dental visit I’ve had before.

Dr. Danoff himself saw me, and he was absolutely wonderful. He made me feel at ease right away, took his time, and was both gentle and reassuring. I usually dread going to the dentist, but this visit was actually enjoyable—something I never thought I’d say!

On top of that, my three kids see Dr. Danoff’s wife for orthodontics, and she is just as amazing. This family is truly special. They bring so much warmth, care, and excellence to what they do. I’m so grateful we found them! Maxine E website Logo Google Review

Posted On: 03/07/2025 Had a recent cleaning done here, the hygienist and the dentist were quite judgmental.
The hygienist kept shaking her head and Telling me I that i have heavy build up of plaque and that I only brush my teeth for 20 seconds! She went on and on the whole time At the end, I finally told her I brush with my electric toothbrush for 6 mins every night and I floss everyday. Regardless, some people are more prone to plaque buildup. Don’t make those types of assumptions and attitudes to make people feel bad.
Plus, this hygienist told the dentist I have a lot of plaque and it’s been 8 months since my last service.
The dentist then turn to me and said with a very judgy tone of voice
You really need to keep up with your appointments ok?
I explained to her that
Normally I do religiously but I had a recent change of job and the new insurance didn’t kick in for 3 months.
I can’t help it if I have to wait on insurance. And rescheduling appointments meant pushing back a month or two. It’s not like you can get an appointment the next day.
There’s no need to judge people without knowing what is going on in their lives. Not everyone is as privileged. Being in the medical profession, you guys should know better than to make assumptions and judgements. Please reeducate your staff or you’ll start losing clients. Will C website Logo Google Review
